Audelia Kouame

I am a bilingual program manager from Côte d’Ivoire with a background in international business and project management. I am passionate about sustainable development, financial empowerment, and designing inclusive solutions that respond to the needs of diverse global communities.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s degree in Project Management. Throughout my career, I have focused on designing, coordinating, and managing programs across nonprofit and government sectors, with particular emphasis on financial empowerment, community development, and international collaboration. I currently manage a financial support program for clients and their families, where I lead partnerships with certified financial planners to deliver personalized, client-centered financial guidance.

My work is rooted in strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, and effective stakeholder engagement. I am especially motivated by opportunities to bridge gaps between underserved communities and essential financial and social resources, ensuring programs are both accessible and sustainable. I value collaborative approaches that center dignity, equity, and long-term impact, and I strive to design systems that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their financial futures.

I deeply care about this work because I believe equitable access to resources has the power to transform lives and create lasting change. Through my professional practice, I am committed to advancing inclusive development and supporting communities in building resilience and opportunity.
