I hold a Master of Public Policy from Michigan State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Ghana. I have over three years of experience in public policy and international development research. To enhance higher education opportunities and facilitate impactful research in Africa countries, I serve as the Director of Research for Leaders of Africa, (leadersofafrica.org), an organization that mobilizes the power of rigorous inquiry and creative expression to advance equity, justice, and selfless leadership in Africa. Before Leaders of Africa, I worked in a variety of capacities including as a Legislative Coordinator in the Michigan State Senate, Program Assistant at Michigan State University, and Web and Content Editor for the Chinese in Africa and Africans in China Research Network. I enjoy playing pickleball, watching the English Premier League (a Liverpool FC fan), and reading books, particularly history and thought-provoking pieces, during my free time.
