I am a Result Measurement Consultant with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). I support infrastructure advisory projects, particularly, renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. I ensure that project outcomes are evidence-based to provide references for similar future engagements. I have worked with various non-governmental organizations and research institutions to build my expertise in monitoring and evaluation. I am proficient in agricultural and social development research, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, and project implementation. I am also adept at designing field surveys in agriculture, environment, health, education, gender, and climate change. I am passionate about young women and girls having equal access to opportunities through which they can make valuable contributions to their communities. I am also committed to evidence-based development and making positive sustainable changes in people’s lives.
