I am a program management professional specializing in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. I am passionate about using research and evidence to shape programs that improve the lives of community members in Ghana and beyond. My work is grounded in the belief that development interventions are most effective when they are data informed, community centered, and designed to create lasting change.

I currently serve as the Program Manager for the Luminos Fund in Ghana, where I support program planning and design, lead implementation activities, strengthen data management and analysis systems, and collaborate with teachers, communities, and government stakeholders to advance foundational learning. My experience spans both international and local NGOs, where I have contributed to education, community development, and evidence based program improvement.

I hold an MSc in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and a BA in Geography and Rural Development from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as a Certificate in Project Management in Global Health from the University of Washington. Across my professional journey, I remain committed to transforming insights from research into practical solutions that expand opportunity and enhance well being for children and communities.
